Across the Clare Food & Drink Fleadh weekend, the backbone of eateries in Ennis – including hotels, restaurants, bistros, cafés and pubs with a food offering – will ensure that ingredients locally sourced from lake, land and sea, as well as local artisan produce, will be showcased.
Initiatives include:
‘Small Plates’ promotion across the weekend. A book of three vouchers can be purchased for €25 from the festival office at Ennis Chamber, 54 O’Connell Street. Vouchers can be redeemed for delicious food at the following eateries:

Sessions with Sides
If you enjoy a light snack alongside your sessiúns, you’ll be pleased to know a number of bars with a food offering will be offering very affordable ‘side’ dishes to enjoy with the music. On board are:

A bespoke festival gin called GINIS (pronounced GIN –ISH!) has been specially distilled for the Clare Food & Drink Fleadh. It can be purchased from Fawl’s Off-Licence from Monday, September 23.
